Okay, none of us like reading itty bitty print - but as much as we hate squinting it is important to understand how a business interacts with its customers. Please find below some details about my policies & procedures. I promise not to get too verbose!
I accept Paypal, Google Payments, Amazon Payments and all major credit cards through Shopify. If you experience any problems during check out, please contact me and I am happy to help. No credit card, Google, Amazon or Paypal account information is saved on my website other than your address for shipping/billing and the transaction/confirmation details once your payment is complete.
If you are using a coupon, please make sure to enter it BEFORE completing the check-out process. Once your transaction is complete, and payment is sent, we can not apply coupons. Please understand, but this is a policy of many companies and I honor the same.
My fine jewelry items often ship out 3-4 weeks after purchase, 14/18k gold items might require an extra week. Estimated ship dates are sent to you within 2 business days of your order, so you will always know when to expect your purchase. You will receive another message once the order is actually shipped (with a tracking/ID number assigned by the USPS).
During my promotional time (October 1-31st) all Domestic deliveries ship out via USPS Priority Mail for FREE w/ insurance. International customers can choose USPS First Class, Priority or Express upon checkout. Insurance is included for all items purchased, and USPS Signature Confirmation/Registered Mail service is automatically added for orders over $400 (we pay for this extra service for you). All items will have a tracking number.
For INTERNATIONAL customers, please make sure to learn about your country’s customs charges, when applicable. All buyers are responsible for paying custom fees that are added to your item when it arrives in your country of residence. I can not be responsible for the costs that your country charges – and I will not fill out declaration forms improperly to bypass these laws. Please do not ask me to do this, it is illegal.
Items will only ship during the weekday, usually on Wednesday & Friday. Since my studio is in a small mountain community, the local Post Office is not open on the weekend. Special considerations can be made, just let me know ahead of time so we can work something out together!
Yikes, I need a return or exchange!
All items from my shop are brand new, never worn and always HANDMADE. If you have an issue with your purchase (issue with workmanship or other issue in how it was created), please notify me within 5 business days of delivery confirmation so we can work something out. I may either offer a replacement, or refund (full or partial), depending on the situation. I stand by my work, and want to make sure you can enjoy it for years to come!!
Since 99% of my work is made to order, please understand that I can not take a ring back because of a change in your style, that information on my website (descriptions, pictures, measurements, etc) was not carefully read or you have changed your decision to purchase the item. Everything, other than Ready to Ship items, are made especially for you – in your size – and I can not take the item back or offer a refund. PLEASE read my all of my detailed descriptions and make sure you want the item before completing your purchase to make things easier for you as a buyer and for me as a seller. If there are any questions, always feel free to contact me BEFORE purchasing – I am happy to give more details about any of my designs.
All items are from my studio, in the mountains of Southern California, USA. My official hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (PST). My hours may vary from day to day, but usually you will get a response back from me within a few hours on business days. Your jewelry will always be made especially for you. I do not often keep an inventory of my fine jewelry – many of the designs you see on my site are custom or “samples” that I use to present my work to others.
Some designs can be sized down. A local jeweler might also be able to help you with resizing a ring, as I use traditional methods to create my designs. If you do want to send it back to me, for resizing, there might be a fee depending on whether the ring was created in Sterling Silver or Gold or if a gemstone is involved. Please contact me to discuss before sending something back. Please carefully pack the jewelry when mailing, preferably in the same box it was sent, and make sure to add insurance/tracking. This is very important!! If the ring is lost you can work with your carrier to reimburse for the item. Unfortunately unless I receive the return, I will not be able to send out its replacement or refund you the cost of the item.
